Cancellation Policy:

Once a student has purchased a course or paid tuition fees through our website, cancellations are not allowed. However, if there are extenuating circumstances or errors in payment, please contact our support team at admin@sparkerz.in for assistance. However, students are allowed to change thier courses accordingly.

Refund Policy:

For Course Purchases:

  2. Full Stack Development - Rs.1019
  3. Artificial Intelligence - Rs.1019
  4. Java - Rs.1019
  5. C Programming - Rs.1019
  6. Python - Rs.1019
  7. Android - Rs.1019

We do not offer refunds for course purchases once the transaction is completed. However, if there is an error in payment or if the student wishes to change the course, they can contact our support team and change their courses.

For Tuition Fees:

  1. Monthly fees
  2. Yearly fees

Fees vary on the student's standard, board(TN state board/CBSE)

We do not provide refunds for tuition fees once the payment is confirmed. In case of an accidental payment or if there are discrepancies in the selected board or standard, an appropriate refund will be issued upon verification by our team.

For Example: If a 10th standard student paid Rs.619 (which is 11th standard fees), he/she need to write us to admin@sparkerz.in and upon verifying their payment details, we will refund the remaining amount (Rs.100) [10th standard fees - Rs.519] to them within 5-6 working days.

Refund Processing:

Once our team verifies that, the student has paid for wrong course/wrong tuition fees and they are in need to change their course/tuition, we will refund the remaining amount to the student within 5-6 working days. We will provide the refund reference number to the student via email & sms; Students can contact us anytime for the refund/cancellation related queries at admin@sparkerz.in

Shipping Policy:

For Course Materials:

Course materials will be delivered electronically to the student's email or via WhatsApp within a reasonable timeframe after the purchase is completed. Physical shipment of course materials is not applicable as all materials are provided digitally.

We utilize Razorpay as our payment gateway, offering various payment options including credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.

Course Delivery:

Upon course purchase, students will be assigned a tutor and provided access to the course materials.

Tuition Fees:

Fees for tuition services vary based on board (TN State Board, CBSE), standard (10th, 9th, etc.), and payment frequency (yearly/monthly).

Tuition Delivery:

Tutors will conduct online sessions via Zoom meetings.

Refunds for Tuition Fees:

Refunds will only be provided in cases of accidental payments or payment discrepancies, subject to verification by our team.
